Andrew Greystoke | Partner, Member
Andrew L. Greystoke was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge and Harvard and practised at the Bar for a number of years. He spent time as an investment banker with NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd and thereafter lived in the United States for a number of years where he qualified at the New York Bar. He then became involved with a number of public companies (not always successfully but obtained experience at the sharp end!). In 1993 he became a solicitor and in 1999 founded Atlantic Law.
Andrew holds Rights of High Court Audience in Civil Proceedings. He is the co-author of two editions of Weinberg & Blank on Takeovers and Mergers and has in the past lectured extensively on various aspects of Corporate and Trust Law.
During his career he has been involved in the flotation of more than 50 public companies based all over the world.
He has lived and worked in Paris and is fluent in French.
