Nathan Rockliff | Solicitor
Nathan joined Atlantic Law Llp in March 2007.
Nathan had been working as a clerk at Rockliffs Solicitors in Sydney since January 2002 where he obtained a Diploma in Law (LPAB) from the Law Extension Committee at the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Nathan was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in December 2006, and has also recently qualified with the Securities & Investment Institute in the UK by obtaining his Certificate in Corporate Finance.
At Rockliffs, Nathan obtained experience in insurance litigation, commercial law, debt recovery matters and conveyancing, before briefly working in the Construction division at Herbert Smith in London. At Atlantic Law Llp, Nathan has obtained experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and is currently working on a number of corporate transactions including PLUS and AIM listings.
Nathan has also recently passed the Qualified Lawyer’s Transfer Test, and plans to become dual qualified in England and Wales and New South Wales during the first quarter of 2009.
Nathan also enjoys skiing, surfing, rugby, golf and tennis.
