Continuity means every client is assigned a Partner and will take full control of your legal affairs. We do not transfer clients from one lawyer to another for the sake of our convenience. Sometimes it is necessary to bring in additional members of our team, or to call upon lawyers with highly specialist skills from other law firms, but we will ensure our service is delivered effectively, on time and seamlessly.

Understanding involves us rolling up our sleeves, mucking in and getting our hands dirty. It does not make any sense to us for clients to appoint lawyers who are generally disinterested in their affairs. We take pride in what our clients do and achieve, and we work with them to make things happen.

Value for money is the recognition that going to a lawyer should not be a distress purchase, a last resort when there is no other choice. It is about ensuring legal costs are reasonable and fair. We see a lot of firms in this business have fees that escalate out of all proportion in respect of what is at stake or trying to be achieved. In this regard we ensure that we offer our clients a fee promise that will not be broken.
